Semi Hardcore - 17/17 with 3 Drake first week of Wrath. 10/10 pre-nerf Phase 2, 14/14 Phase 3, and 6/6 Phase 5 in TBC. All content cleared, sub-2hr Naxx in Classic.
Main raids are Friday and Saturday from 7 PM to 11 PM server time. (Saturday only when needed for progression).
Addons: RC Loot Council, WeakAuras, Deadly Boss Mods, Details, Method Raid Tools, and Attune. Individual raids or encounters may require additional addons or specific WeakAuras.
Gearing and Consumables: All gear must be enchanted and gemmed appropriately for your class and spec. Full consumables are required during all progression and highly encouraged for all content.
Attendance: Raiders are expected to have at least 90% attendance. This means being available for all 8 hours of scheduled raid time per week.
Content Knowledge: Our specific strategies may vary from other guilds, but a general knowledge of all boss mechanics is expected from each raider. Resources will be provided for research, but it is up to each raider to perform the research prior to new content so that raid time can be spent on progression and not the explanation of basic mechanics.
Alts: Alts are not required, but a raid ready alt is highly encouraged to enable splits of older content.
Loot distribution is handled through a round-robin style loot council. Decisions are made based on a number of criteria: attendance, loot history, performance, overall raid contributions, class/role priorities, and the best interest of the raid as a whole.
