We are a Semi-Hardcore guild made up of experienced raiders looking for like-minded and exceptional players to complete our raid teams and clear content efficiently and effectively.

Raid Times: Sunday and Monday 8:30 pm - Midnight server time. Optional 10 man nights throughout the week

Loot System: 1SR>MS>OS+1 - in the process of prepping to switch to TMB for ICC

We Need: All classes and roles are welcome to join on a social basis, but we are recruiting the following for our 25 man roster with immediate spots for:

We expect our members to do the following:

• Respect your teammates.
• Communicate your raid attendance as early as possible. This means marking present/late/tentative/absence in discord.
• Know boss fights and mechanics before the raid.
• Show up to raids with the right consumables and with enough to last the entire raid night.
• Listen to the raid leader. We welcome input and encourage participation in our voice chat, but follow the calls the raid leader makes even if you disagree with them.
• Keep a level head. No temper tantrums. You know the loot system and expectations going in. It's okay to get frustrated, but it's not okay to bring the mood down or start a fight because you lost a roll. Make a joke and move on.
• Improve over time. Nearly everyone has some room for improvement. We want people who want to get better.

• Flexibility: We understand the demands jobs, SOs, and kids bring. Just communicate schedule changes asap.
• Consistency: Our officers work hard to make sure we never have to call a raid off because of attendance.

• Consumables: We provide one stack of haste potions per raid.
• Enchants: We use enchanting materials from the raid to keep our core raiders enchanted. No paying out 1200g for a new weapon enchant, we have you covered.
• Crafted Gear: BIS crafted gear is done on a schedule as mats become available. Once all BIS pieces are crafted, players who have a crafted upgrade that will last are prioritized.
• Big Numbers: With our teammates focused on being BIS and having high parses, bosses go down faster, this makes your parses higher. Bigger Number Better.
• Community: The best perk of this guild is simply getting to play with the people in this guild. We are a fun group that enjoy playing together. There's no better way to play this game.
