While some people have come and gone, the community has survived.

During the entirity of TBC we had 2 raid teams. And both raid teams cleared all raids.

Wrath

In Wrath we have transitioned to 1 raid team.
We aim for a small bench, which means we are looking for players with a high attendance.
Players with low attendance, poor performance or a poor attitude will be replaced.

Raiding Environment

WoW is a game and should be fun.
Chatting and banter is allowed during raiding. But comms should be kept clear on bosses where the focus is needed.
While it is allowed to poke fun at your friends, we expect our raiders to treat eachother with respect.

Expectation of our raiders

At least 85% attendance.
A positive attitude.
Players are expected to always bring the best consumables for their class.
Players are expected to use BiS enchants and BiS gems on all gear.
Showing up for raids in time, and prepared, so you don't waste the time of others.
