Hello and welcome to Firemaw-EU guild Flux

Flux was created originally on Dreadmist-EU about a month after Classic Launch.

We are a semi hardcore guild since BWL in Classic and has delivered solid performance since then. In Cataclysm, our focus will be to deliver efficient, fast paced and performance oriented raids. Towards the end of each phase we will ensure dynamic raiding such as speed runs or parse runs. As a guild we believe in the philosophy that You’ll get back what you put in. We have a serious raiding focus and a strive to perform. We monitor individual performance and try to improve our raiders.

Our raid setup is consistent of one 25 man raid and one 10 man raid per week. This ensures that everyone who wants to, gets to raid. Our loot system is Loot council and we encourage alts for flexibility but do not require it.
